Open access community supports oa.helpdesk

For over five years, oa.helpdesk has been supporting scientists with all questions relating to open access. The open-access.network project developed and successfully established the advisory service in its first project phase. The team has extensive consulting experience and responds to enquiries quickly, reliably and competently via email. Now the helpdesk is receiving additional support: committed members of the open access community are expanding the advisory team.

Continuity through the establishment of a community-based service

As part of the long-term continuity plan, the helpdesk is being gradually transformed into a community-based model. Experts from all over Germany have been recruited to contribute their advisory expertise in the areas of open access and open science.
